Sunday is run by Duke Security Ltd., Israel, on Towers. This is what we keep and why.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google or set one. Sign-in is handled by Towers' account service (Google, or a one-time code by email).
- Your boards: tasks, notes, labels, who each is for, and a log of changes (who changed what, and whether it was you, the assistant, or Claude over MCP).
- Your conversations with the assistant on each board, until you clear them.
- The email addresses you invite, so we can send the invite and match it when they sign in.
- For shared boards, the Stripe customer and subscription ids. Stripe keeps the payment details; we don't.
- Your MCP addresses, kept only as a one-way hash.
Who else sees it
- The people on a board see that board, its tasks and its change log. Your conversations with the assistant are yours only.
- Anthropic processes what you write to the assistant, together with the board it's about, to answer you. It isn't used to train models.
- Amazon Web Services hosts Sunday and sends invite emails. Stripe processes payments.
- We don't sell data or show ads.
Your choices
Delete tasks or clear a conversation at any time. To delete your account and everything on boards you own, write to hello@sunday.towers.app from the address you sign in with; we do it within 30 days.
